We are pleased to offer for sale this attractive Alfa Romeo 1600 Giulia Spider type 101.23.

 

Coming off the production lines on December 31, 1964 in its current color configuration, it was delivered new by Sofar on May 6, 1965 in Toulouse. A copy of his first registration document is present in the file. 

 

It accompanied its first owner until 2012, the year he died. It was his granddaughter who inherited the car and who, the same year, entrusted it to the Dougnac garage for a general overhaul with the aim of selling it. 

 

Its second owner (copy of the registration document also present), carried out a complete overhaul of its original engine in 2012.

 

He kept it until 2014, the year he sold it to its last owner with 70,853 kilometers, it left Toulouse for Paris. 

 

This car has benefited from regular maintenance. 

 

Note the complete repair of its braking circuit in May 2016.

 

Having had the pleasure of driving the car on country roads as well as in Parisian traffic, its traffic jams and its cobbled streets, we can assure you that it is in very good mechanical condition, engine and running gear, allowing you to fully enjoy of its 4-cylinder aluminum engine with double overhead camshafts, “the legendary Bialbero”. It drives and brakes in line.

 

Its 5-speed gearbox was completely overhauled by a brand specialist in 2019 with replacement of the clutch. 

 

It is in a remarkable state of conservation, with no trace of shock or accident, its foundations are magnificent.  

 

Conforms in every respect to the origin, its identification plates are present, the numbers stamped on the openings and on the bottom of the trunk as well. 

 

It has its own jack and tool kit.
