We offer for sale this magnificent Triumph TR3 A Roadster from 1958.

 

Delivered new to the United States, it made its first kilometers on French soil at the end of the 1980s.

 

Its first French owner residing in the Lyon region sold it in August 2002 to a gentleman from the department of Essonne.

who kept it until January 2006, the date on which its last owner acquired the car.

 

During 2007 it underwent a complete quality restoration, body removed from the chassis and treated, mechanics completely restored with care, new clutch, rebuilt carburettors, stainless steel exhaust, new electrical harness, rebuilt trains and suspensions , new shock absorbers and blades, new braking system and circuit etc… Its interior is also completely redone with care, leather, carpets, convertible top, instruments etc…

 

In May 2010 the car was equipped with a 5-speed Ford gearbox, the original one was retained, in good working order it will be given with the car.

 

It is presented today in the same condition as when it came out of the restoration, which attests to the quality of the work carried out (many restorations reveal defects after 6 months/1 year). ).

Its soft top, soft top cover, tonneau cover, side screens are in new condition, as are its leather seats and dashboard.

A custom leather protective pouch for the side screens had been made.
